Adds status lights for all entities that support them, as well as configure their coloring for different situations.

I'm considering replacing the sprite with the sprite of the vanilla lamp (like I used for hazard lights), will be mure easier to see.

I ended up going with "bottleneck lite" mod. does the same thing. there's another one called "bottleneck" but it's icons don't get as big.

Bottleneck uses scripts to spawn lights, Vs this mod's and bottleneck lite's prototype based approach.

This mod can still be used with bottleneck lite, to change the colors of the lights to respond to more situations (I believe that inactivity due to source items lacking, low power, and lack of destination space all have the same appearance in just bottleneck lite)

Unfortunately in Lite's they all do have the same shape/icon, but it has enough colors to pick from that you can tell them apart. I have full output set to orange, no input/idle set to red, and no/low power set to purple.

I really wish the power ones could get a unique icon so that i could just use yellow and red for low/no power...but mod author said no.

We physically cannot control the shape of the icon. Only the color.
The advantages of the method we use for it is that we don't need to micromanage the icons: we just tell the game 'if X use color Y', and it does all the work from there. Basically no performance cost.
