Adds stack inserters for when you aren't playing with Space Age enabled. Still requires Space Age expansion to have been purchased.

Would be nice to have stack unlock a little more early, yellow science is very late for no space age run.
Stack inserter unlock at chemical, capacity 1 unlock at productivity and then capacity 2 unlock at utility.
And space science would be for https://mods.factorio.com/mod/infinite-belt-stacking.
That makes sense, but I would move the original from chemical to productivity, as that is when material use first REALLY picks up.
