This happens when I let go of a directional key and it takes Spiderton a few moments to stop. My cursor moves around and it makes Spidertron less useful as a vehicle while building.
You'd have to ask the developers to add a modding API that can control that motion, it's not something that has a property I can adjust like the vertical bobbing speed.
