I always thought it was strange to start the game with magic unlocked. We all know that Factorio lacks exploration, so why not adapt your mod to "The Ruins Mod" (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/AbandonedRuins)? It would be more engaging if you were require the player to research the magic spells first and then explore the world in order to find items such as "spell books" for example - in random "ruin" locations - which can be crafted into the spells as a permanent unlock. This would give Factorio more means of progression and reason for exploration. What are you thoughts, OwnlyMe?
