When running Spaceblock with Krastorio 2 https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Krastorio2. The recipe for rare metals smelting is missing. You can get the ore, but can't do anything with it. You also get two recipes for concrete and cannot make space concrete. Reported to the Krastorio devs as well.
