1. Restrict logi chests to Linox since Linox generates with them, but they should be banned by LogisticsResearchRemoved. Instead, restrict their crafting and placement to Linox. And remove vehicle logistics while we are at it.
2. Gatekeep Prismatic quality behind Frozeta
3. Increase Dredgeworks: Frozen Reaches Thermal Buoy range, because Krastorio 2 Space Out require coke to make steel for Thermal Dissipator and it is too punishing.
4. Make various planet starts viable with Krastorio 2 Space Out: Chem plant unlock at start, unlock greenhouse on all surface, wood from thin air for assembler 1 only
