Whenever I start a new save, I always disable all research packs except red science, and then re-enable them one-by-one as I start producing the later packs.
It would be nice to have a setting for this to be automated.
I actually want exactly the opposite: never research anything that needs some science pack until i enable the pack, irrespective of how much 0,1, 100, 10m items of a pack i got. So it will be guarded by some setting, default off.
