Adds recipes to extract fluids from their solid forms (created by Reverse Factory) back into liquid state using assembling machines or chemical plants.
That mod has that ability using chemical plants. unless you use one of that mods optional which then moves to that machine but can still be re enabled & done in the chemical plant.
