Train Control Signals mod isn't just plain signals, it's an actual train mod with scripted controls that can interfere with other train control mods (LTN, Cybersyn, Rail Logistics Dispatcher) and cause problems. It even crashed on me once.
I suggest removing it as a dependency or at least making it optional, so that people looking for extra signals don't end up installing unintended and potentially confusing functionality (like I did).
