Mid-game light artillery designed to fit into the vanilla style. Credit to Kizrak for the original mod, Factorio 1.1 version of the mod uses art provided by RaspberryPuppies.
The base game's artillery turret takes 40 seconds to craft and the artillery wagon only takes 4. I simply copied the recipe of the artillery wagon and changed the ingredients/results, so the crafttime is the same. This wasn't a deliberate design decision.
