Smart Target Priorities

Advanced target priority manager for turrets. Dynamically discovers all modded enemies (including Rampant), supports batch selection, presets, and intelligent sorting by turret damage type vs enemy damage resistances. **Note: Be careful with the "Auto Update" option. It does what it says and can easily overwrite already configured turrets**
