All mining depos of Mining-Drones Mod are removed and all miners are dead, if I install Slightly Smarter Pipette in an running world.
But it seems i can rebuild these Depots. I will not play without Ghosts from crafting menu, so i have to rebuild all mining depots.
may you have an idea what to fix :-)

Nope, I tried it several times in different mod combinations, mining depots were gone only when reloading after Slightly Smarter Pipette was enabled.
(but as promised ...I rebuilt all depots and no problems occurred in the next hours).
maybe i will try it with vanilla and only the two mods (currently about 20 mods active)
and i must add that this game is a saved multiplayer game that i play locally
update:
i tryed a new game with several combination of mods, "mining drones", "transport drones" and "Slightly Smarter Pipette" with NO ISSUES, i can not reproduce the experienced Mining depots losses from the multi player game
