Yeah, there was quite a time since last update. I would think about adding ores from SA planets, maybe even find some funny way for Gleba. Not guarantee, but maybe that could be done on next weekend, just need to think about balance to not accidentally create something a little bit too OP.
Well shoot, I figured it was a shot in the dark to ask.
Appreciated, my guy.
As for any ideas, the only thing I can think of is making these new bees locked to their respective planets.
Calcite producing bees can only function in Vulcanus, for example.
You can take new release. Added bees for production of tungsten, calcite, holmium and bioflux. All tied to respected planets and mostly to respected machines. Didn't add anything related to lithium because come on, bees at -220 C?
I cannot thank you enough, my guy.
You got on this fast.
I did wonder how you would handle Aquillo, but it makes sense that bees simply don't exist there lol
I shall let you know if anything sticks out or breaks.
Yeah, please tell me if something went too OP or too slow as well. I basically just eye-balled like 1/2 basic ores efficiency and added some random to holmium inheriting the originals but didn't playtest it properly.
Also I'm going to redraw icons as it's now terrible to quickly distingush items one from another, it wasn't brilliant before, honestly, but now it really needs some love
Howdy howdy once again, fella.
Apologies if I am asking for too much, but I was considering trying a run where I mostly sustain myself via bee products.
Only snag would be getting the Aquillo specific resources. Any possibility I can bug ya into adding them as well?
Either way, been having alot of fun with the current iteration of this mod, thanks again for adding the SA ores.
Okay, as long as you are that dedicated, I would add lithium bees. Poor creatures would have to fly over -220 C snowstorms and collect liquid ammonia-soaked polen to produce some lithium and that would be solely your fault, just be sure you at least heat that poor little bee houses so bees can at least warm up after a freezing flight. Also, rates would be something like 1/4 th or even 1/8 th of basic ore speed
Hey man, in forestry we had bees in both the end and the nether. They're certainly hardy little creatures lol.
Thank you for indulging my beekeeping obsession.
