• Add shrug command (like the command on discord /shrug), it has the support to include text after the ¯\_(ツ)_/¯   (ex /shrug Hello World! write into chat ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Hello World!)

• It can't be done in the server console, it's make the server to crash
