Now that 2.0 has changed how logistics works, this awesome mod should reflect that.
- When a section is unnamed--'[no group assigned]'--let it work as usual.
- When a section name is changed, set the multiplier for that section as the channel name (e.g. 'Iron Outpost: 17'). The count for each item is irrelevant; all will transmit on channel 17.
That would allow for easily matching channels on multiple shortwave sets by setting sections to previously established names, instead of remembering the channel count for individual items. It would almost mean you can have multiple item transmissions for a single shortwave set because each would be in its own section.
Does that sound reasonable AND doable?
P.S. Integration with the (still somewhat buggy) 'Ribbon Cables' mod would be cool, but I'm not sure how practical it would be.
