The mod works fine, though inconsistencies arise with the K2 Logistics 4 and the turbo belts. Both are logically "logistics 4" and have the same stats, plus are unlocked around the same time, though with different recipes.
My suggestion would be to increase either the turbo belts or K2 advanced belts to 75 items/s, as the 5th tier of belts from K2 has 90 items/s, leaving a gap between 60 and 90.
Both look alike too, with only the arrow colour being slightly different shades of green (plus the advanced belt having a little more arrows). That part may complicate the tier adjustment, so one would need to recolour the advanced belt.
Other option would be to replace the advanced belts with the turbo belts entirely, but that would still imply having the gap between 60 and 90.
