FFF-376 announced "productivity researches", which will accomplish what this mod does but without hacky workarounds. Once Factorio 2.0 releases I'll put out a new release of this mod that uses that feature instead, which should basically never need any fixes or updates and will be compatible with 2.0-updated factory planner mods. Unless Angel's Mods decide to implement their own productivity researches somewhere in the chain, in which case I'll consider this mod obsolete.

For now install https://mods.factorio.com/mod/seablock-mining-fork, it's just this mod with a few bug fixes.
