2,000 mineralized water > 11 Saphirite, 7 Stiratite. Just multiplied the lot of it by 10.

True, but that's not very convenient to use, because you have to invest a lot before getting anything.
I figured, that you need at least 2 ores to crush it and 3 to smelt it. So that's a viable amount.

Speaking of Copper/Stiratite:
If you get 7, you can smelt 2 times, which is 4 copper plates. 1 ore is unused. Before that, you can't do anything research wise.

With my recipe, you need 1 cycle to crush it (first research: Crush Stiratite), 2 cycles to get 2 plates (3. research: Craft a circuit), and 3 cycles to get 4 plates. That's 1712 Mineralized Water. By that time, you wouldn't have anything, with the other recipe.
8 plates after 6 cycles, that's 3424 MW, etc.

Still the remaining randomness is very small...
