What it said on the tin. You are not allowed to take the data util file out and put in a different mod without carrying the license over. And neither is it necessary - if you write the full path instead of just the file name (mod name included), you can import files from any active mod.

I don t understand licence concept but if you tell me I doing bad thing i understand. :)

The license protects the mod's content against straight copying, except unaltered re-distribution.
It doesn't apply to importing code libraries.
