Allows LTN to make deliveries through SE's space elevator

I use the LTN "content reader" to check for what requests are being made. It is showing requests from Nauvis even on other planets. There's obviously no elevator between them.
<sigh> Never mind. It seems that the Content Reader does this even without your mod. Sorry to trouble you.
