Adjusts basic and compact beacons to be closer to vanilla beacons with higher transmission strength and fewer module slots. The max effect of these beacons has not changed, but fewer modules are required.

Beacon Changes

• Beacon 8 modules with 50% transmission strength to 3 modules with 133% transmission strength.
• Compact Beacon 1 10 modules with 75% transmission strength to 5 modules with 150% transmission strength.
• Compact Beacon 2 10 modules with 100% transmission strength to 5 modules with 200% transmission strength.
