Mostly relevant to Vanilla Galore, which adds many many alternate recipes. It means that while the vanilla recipe for a science pack has an exclusion added, the alternate versions of the science pack still produce scrap. I'm unsure how difficult it would be to check for the output and not add scrap based on that, but I thought it would be worth bringing up as an improvement to mod compatibility.
