Any way to add an option to ajust the value?

like common, normal type, lab to have only 10% drain. And the legendary being only 1%. After all, I want to use mods to ajust the game to be more enjoyable (aka less challange but not God mod how sandbox is)

Sorry, late reply. I haven't been playing Factorio in a few months, but I can give this a shot once I have computer access again.

What I have noticed is that the mod quality sets default values which this mod changes on its own. Is this some kind of left-over from older code?
