Not sure, understanding the logic for the update is the big halt.
Most mods just need
Global in control is now Storage
All recipes need to be the 3 entry form
Power and Ammo need their categories included
Its only when you get to script heavy things that this breaks down
Anything with collision mask and layers if not defined gets, layers={}
Emissions need to be altered, but in honesty I blank them as pollution tends to be more readily generated as is
There's also random issues in where sound is defined
Icon and size will always need some work
