these robots can mine oil and robot carriers can carry fluid they have
.provider ,active provider, reqester ,storage ->tank and a robo port wagon for trains that
can act as a wagon + roboport(the last one if posible)
The problem is that the mining robots have their own "mining" force and so cannot interact with the logistic system. This also prevents mining robots "fleeing" to regular roboports.
