Adds mining robots and a robot mining site which can be configured to mine nearby resources

So i think i found a bug, if the robotports get destroyed while the drones are mining, the red "X" will be still stay on the material. Would be nice if it can be removed automatically after a short of time.
I wouldn't say this is a bug. This is just how factorio's deconstruction system works.
Most likely ths would be a feature request for the game, and not the mod.
