Looking at the code, what this mod does is add an equipment grid to its wagons, place base 3 personal roboports mk2 alongside a scripted burner in there.
The same effect could be achieved more versatile if you release only the burner equipment and rely on vehicle grid or similar to add grids to any modded cargo wagon.

Personally I struggle for UPS too much to bother with scripted burner equipment and would continue using the free energy fusion reactor for power.

I can release the burner equipment in my other mod "make burners great again" perhaps?
