I I like the way you are thinking! The logic is sound, why wouldn't they have more chargepads when the personal roboport has it.
By using the same logic, why doesn't higher quality undergroundies have longer reach? I mean, powerpoles get longer reach when going up in quality, why not undergroundies (and underflowies)?
Do you want to make the mod? I hope so, I would use it instantly. :)
I'd love to make several such mods, but quality effects are surprisingly very hardcoded, this one I was able to change because they have created a quality effect which changes the number of charging pads for a roboport. I have just turned a switch enabling standard roboports to make use of this effect.
The problem is we cannot create our own, custom effects for now.
