Allows the default Factorio lamps to use any color via circuit signals R, G, B. Each of these signals represent the strength of red, green and blue respectively.
The lamp should be always off via circuit condition, as otherwise the default white will also be active.
The lamp will be off when neither the R, G or B signal have a value > 0
