This mod changes all miners and pumps to be able to be placed anywhere and collect any resource it is filtered to without resource tiles.
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.

my2c: Since this replaces normal entities, they really should behave as normal (and non infinite) miners when placed over resources.
It just bothers that there's no non-cheat option when its installed.
