This mod changes all miners and pumps to be able to be placed anywhere and collect any resource it is filtered to without resource tiles.

Is it possible to make a "Factorio and Conquer: Tiberian Dawn" Version? (I play that the Tiberium only spawn on Tiber Planet, need the Waterpump there)
