Increases science costs every time it finishes
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
Before the game started, I changed the setting to 1.02. But later on, I decided i wanted a bit harder, so i tried to put it on 1.10. But the setting gets reverted to 1.02 anyway.
Hmm i changed the setting via the main menu, and now it works.
