When the mod is installed on a clusterio instance, there should be a link to remoteMap on the detailed list page for that instance. You can navigate the map on the web interface with WASD.

Be aware it only tracks newly placed entities and newly generated chunks; existing entities outside the 128x128 starting area are not yet scanned.
