Adds many duplicates of each non-trigger technology to the tech tree, some of which are randomly required (or not!). It adds even more progression to the game... assuming you consider re-researching the same technology multiple times for no additional benefit as "progress."
Unlike a technology cost multiplier, you can avoid re-researching technologies if you can identify which duplicates in your tech tree are actually pointless.
With this mod, try to avoid adding mods that change your technologies mid-playthrough. Thanks to Jaiden for providing randlib for me to use.
