Adds recipes to smelt burner inserters/miners to iron plates and steel furnaces to steel plates
I definitely agree with smelting the other items.
Maybe add turrets and magazines? Once you switch to laser, you don't really need those either.
Turrets are useful in that biters have armor against lasers.
