Smelt down your burner-era inserters and miners!

Most items in factorio are either consumable (including wooden items that can be burned) or can be upgraded to their late-game equivalen (e.g. inserter -> fast inserter -> stack inserter). However, in the end game you are usually left with a bunch of old stuff from the burner era, and if you upgraded to electric furnaces also with steel furnaces that you can't do anything with (stone furnaces can at least be converted to boilers), and the only way to get rid of them is by putting them in a container and destroying the container.

This mod allows you to smelt down burner inserter/miners to iron (on researching advanced material processing) and steel furnaces to steel (on AMP2).

(the alternative would be to add extra recipes to upgrade steel to electric furnaces and retrofit burner inserters/miners to electric ones, but this seemed simpler. Maybe I should also add recipes for smelting down pistols, shotguns, and iron picks?)
