b Resource Scanner does not update when placed in paused game

This is a weird one, but easy to reproduce

1) Create a new sandbox game, pause it immediately via Map Editor
2) Build a resource scanner with inputs X / Y / W / H, don't connect anything yet
3) Unpause or go to next frame, then pause again
4) Now connect a constant combinator with W/H signals. I tested with W=128, H=128, green wire
5) Unpause the game, check on resource scanner

In my game the resource scanner keeps showing just the small area it shows when W=0, H=0, also it does not show resources. See here: https://youtu.be/a3vpB9bQf10 [Edit: Video deleted because it was fixed]

Also, when editing W/H after this, the resource scanner still does not update, so sadly the workaround from https://mods.factorio.com/mod/recursive-blueprints/discussion/6148dcc0ba18715822e1d58c does not work either.
