b Copy resource scanner settings

Hi,

on most entities I can copy the configuration by shift + right click and paste it by shift + left click, or by copying / blueprinting on top of an existing entity. I can't do so with the resource scanner.

I tested adding shift + right click support, and it worked great.

Then I tried blueprinting on top of an existing entity, and it broke horribly. The modding system does not support this.

Unfortunately, the only way to disable blueprinting on top is to disable copy/paste too.
