So there's a bug where if you have two BP Deployers linked and one has a BP or BP book while the other has a Deconstruction BP then the -Deconstruct BP signal command doesn't work but oddly enough the Deconstruction BP still works if you use the construction bot signal. You have +1 deconstruction planner and -1 deconstruction planner signal. So your net result is deconstruction planner = 0.
