i noticed that Energy buffer blueprint cant be placed to placed itself, and second - it would be much convenient if copypasted and blueprinted requesters save their settings. This is cool mod ty.

Thank you for your return.
Indeed this is not yet implemented. For the moment it's just the mod fix to work in 1.1.38. the original mod is in 0.16.
But that said I intend to maintain the mod over time.
So I note your return, it will be implanted in the mod.
I invite you to watch the next changelog.

En effet cela n'est pas encore implémenté. Pour le moment c'est juste le mod fix pour fonctionner en 1.1.38. le mod original est en 0.16.
