RconChat

Supports input of chat, output of chat, join, quit, research changes, and deaths. Used with https://gitlab.com/FishBus/chat-discord to create a Discord-chat-bot.

Uses krmqueue (Kovus' Rcon MessageQueue) to enable message get/set to an external Rcon client.
