I don't know how I can describe it more than just "Gives a random item to online players every N time."

for example:
what types of items?
does every player get the same thing?
is there a popup / chat message to inform you?
a screenshot of the popup or something
what settings are there?
does it include modded items?
does it ballance to your tech/ production level?
if so how?
can individuals who don't like it turn it off for them?
can it handel peopel on multipule teams?
ect.
