Is it working with LTN? If or not will be support LTN mod? I think you need to change design of tunnels portals. They design is very simply now. Probably make tunnel portals in cliffs for example. There is a mod to build cliffs.
Probably doesn't work with LTN, but you can always try.
The mod isn't being worked on, so if it doesn't work now it won't work in the future.
