I have a railroad crossing. And one of the central traffic lights is not working properly. More precisely, it cannot divide a block section of the road. Maybe I made a mistake somewhere, but I did not find where.

EDITED: what I put here before was only semi right.

There is a bug in the mod that I am missing signals within the tunnel. This makes the bad signal appear red in a paused game. But in a running game it flashes.
This was my mistake in testing I was paused when built.

To work around the issue you can put extra above ground crossing rails "Underground segment - straight - with straight crossing rails" between your real above ground crossings and the underground tunnels crossing pieces. They can go anywhere between the 2, as you'll notice in my picture they are just thrown in erratically.

As these add the missing signals around the central underground crossing that are causing the issue.
