as title - if you mine out an inserter or loader that is reaching into the BRU/L, the Chest sub-object gets destroyed, leaving no way to mine out the rails or decal. the only way I have found is to mine out the Platforms underneath, destroying the BRL Rails in the process, re-placing the BRU/L, and then re-mining that. the workaround is to mine out the BRU/L first, then mine/swap/change the items reaching into it, then re-place the BRU/L

It sounds like you’re running with a number of other mods, and I suspect a mod conflict. Could you post your mod-list.json somewhere like Pastebin, and I’ll have a look.
