I wonder if the transfer speed cen be accelerate ?

Rail loaders scale in speed with stack inserter research. Since Bob's Inserters also scale with the same research 6 of them will always be faster than a rail loader. Rail loaders make up for this by being their own buffer, so you don't need a warehouse next to the tracks.
