Feel like for the cost of the round/ etc.... the shot itself could use increased range. a range of 20 puts it under some other modded weapons, and when running things like Bobs and Angel's, the railgun's ammo cost simply makes it not worth using in the slightest. So a longer range/ configurable damage values would be amazing for situations where the price goes throguh the roof, but the gun remains 'ok' at best.
