We have tunnels for:
straight (N/S) crossing straight (E/W)
diagonal (NW/SE) crossing straight (N/S) rotating to straight (E/W) crossing diagonal (NE/SW)
diagonal (NE/SW) crossing straight (N/S) rotating to straight (E/W) crossing diagonal (NW/SE)

but we don't have a bridge for diagonal (NW/SE) crossing diagonal (NE/SW)... which means either blueprinted crossings need to much larger than necessary to prevent crossovers (see: https://gyazo.com/47b3511c6388e472c51bfa405b0613d2) or we have to put a crossover in the middle that doesn't use a tunnel... which means it needs to be switched.
