two intersecting rails are stuck on the ground.
You can remove them by placing a bridge rail over them and then mine it

Yeah, I used creative mod and had insta remove items on.

Please file a bug report with creative mod that insta remove should call raise_destroy.

In vanilla, using the /editor mode and using the 'cut' tool [CTRL] + [X] it will remove the bridge leaving behind some rail pieces. The same problem occurs when using the deconstruction planner.
