It is not possible to send uranium-235 "to orbit" as it cannot be sent up without a space platform and if a space platform exists then sending it there does not unlock the technology.
Adding:
data.raw["item"]["uranium-235"].send_to_orbit_mode = "manual"
should fix this, although the uranium will then dissapear.
